Section boundaries: Northwest boundary—US 22 Harrisburg to Easton. Northeast boundary (Delaware Valley)—the Delaware River south from Phillipsburg-Easton to the town of Kintersville, PA. Follow US Hwy 611 south in Pennsylvania to PA Hwy 132. Southeast on 132 to US 13. North on US 13 to PA 413. South on PA 413 across the Dealaware River into New Jersey to US 130. South on US 130 to and including town of Levittown, NJ. East from US 130 to Mt. Holly and along NJ 38 to US 206. South on US 206 to NJ 70. East on NJ 70 to NJ 72 to the Atlantic Coast at Ship Bottom. West boundary—Susquehanna River outheast to US 40, east on US 40 to US 213, south on US 213 to Church Hill, Maryland. South boundary—Church Hill, Maryland east on 19, 302, 454, Delaware 8 to southern limits of Dover, Delaware, then in a straight east-west line to Delaware Bay; New Jersey counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Ocean and Salem; Delaware counties of Kent and New Castle.
