West boundary—Susquehanna River outheast to US 40, east on US 40 to US 213, south on US 213 to Church Hill, Maryland. South boundary—Church Hill, Maryland east on 19, 302, 454, Delaware 8 to southern limits of Dover, Delaware, then in a straight east-west line to Delaware Bay; New Jersey counties of Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Ocean and Salem; Delaware counties of Kent and New Castle.
