 SPE Columbia Section Scholarship Application - 2007-2008

Section boundaries: state of Oregon and the southwestern corner of the state of Washington which includes the cities of Longview, Kelso and Vancouver. By the Grays Harbor-Pacific, Thurston, Pierce-Lewis county lines, on the north; by the Lewis-Yakima, and Skamania-Yakima county lines and a line running southeasterly from the intersection of the Skamania-Yakima-Klickitat county lines to the Dalles Dam on the Columbia River on the east.
