Currently as Vise President of Operations at Eagle Tool Company in Dyersville Iowa he is leading the design and manufacturing of Injection Mold, Blow Mold, Thermoform and Rotational Molding tooling.

During the past ten years in the plastics industry he has held led programs focusing on part design, tooling, process capability and LEAN manufacturing principles for fortune 500 companies in the agricultural and industrial markets.

Presenter: Kevin Kessinger, Engineering Manager at MSI Mold Builders

Kevin Kessinger is currently the Engineering Manager at MSI Mold Builders in Cedar Rapids Iowa. He oversees the design of molds that produce plastic parts in a wide variety of industries. High pressure injection, structural foam, structural web, gas assist, gas counter pressure and external gas are all molding applications that MSI produces molds for.

Kevin has been designing injection molds for over 15 years and has been promoting LEAN principles in design management for the past 9 years. He has given seminars on plastic part design, mold design and design automation for numerous OEM engineering departments as well as Plastics and CAD Industry Shows and Seminars.
