Abstract: "How to Reduce Vehicle Mass without Jeopardizing Performance" will discussed by Vanderplaats Research & Development, Inc.  A structural analysis program called GENESIS was designed to be a fully integrated analysis and optimization program.

GENESIS 9.0 added a multi-objective optimization index function for parametric optimization. New dynamic responses have been added to topology optimization along with new responses for direct and/or modal frequency responses which include magnitude, phase, real, or imaginary components of displacements, velocities or accelerations.

Cost: $35 for members, $40 for non-members, special rates for students and unemployed members.
