Purpose & Overview
The most expensive component in film is the raw material. This seminar reviews new developments to improve the performance of flexible packaging structures, and includes proven techniques to reduce scrap rates and maximize production capacity while comparing different manufacturing methods. Each participant will receive a comprehensive 250-page manual, troubleshooting guide, and articles published by the seminar instructor. Attendees will:
- Discover the trade secrets that raw-material and equipment suppliers share only with their best customers;
- Learn why problems occur and what to do about them;
- Understand how to select the most suitable raw materials and manufacturing process for film structures.
Testimonial
“This is the type of seminar content we need more of rather than the theoretical seminars that most extrusion courses seem to get bogged down in.” Rich Mennonah, Baxter Healthcare.
Who Should Attend?
Engineers and manufacturing, product development, and maintenance personnel will find the troubleshooting aspects of the program to be useful. Managers and sales and marketing personnel who service the flexible packaging industry will benefit from understanding the capabilities and new opportunities offered by leading-edge technical innovations.
