We would like to introduce Laser Cusing Process, a New Technology in the Tooling industry to remove the limitations in terms of reducing the cycle time, Improve part Quality and Aesthetics through Conformal cooling methods.

Laser Cusing Insert Along with Conformal cooling lines-Latest Technology (Newly Added Facility at G-Plast)

1. Improves the Part Quality

2. Aesthetic Improvements, free from sink mark (special core pins for bosses with air cooling), warpage,etc

3. Reduces Cycle time upto 30~40% in Cooling time

4 Short Return on Investment from the part production.

5. Insert cooling lines to be redesigned using conformal method, which follows the contour.

6. Hybrid Inserts are possible to manufacture to make it cost effective.

7.Possible to implement in both Injection molds and Die casting dies.

8. Hot spots to be identfied initially to decide the laser cused insert.

9. Moldex3d analysis facility available at G-Plast.

10. G-Plast is willing to work closely to provide solution, Supply of inserts alone is also possible to other Toolrooms.

11.Direct metal parts in Stainless steel, Hotwork steel, Aluminium, Inconel and Titanium.
