Dielectric strength tester recomendation

Dear Colleagues,
We would appreciate any recommendation (manufacturer, model number)
for purchasing a dielectric strength tester to measure breakdown
voltage and dielectric strength of thin plastic films according to
ASTM D149.

UL
We have had good experience with Hipotronic. We have multiple 30kV (which are the ones we use for films) and 100kV models for D149 testing at various global locations.
