3D Biotek (http://www.3dbiotek.com) is a medical device company that develops innovative 3D scaffolds for biomedical applications.

The currently globally marketed product is 3D Insert - a series of novel 3D scaffolds for use in drug

screening, stem cell research, and tissue engineering. The application of 3D Insert will enable researchers

to create superior in vitro models to obtain more realistic physiological results from in vitro studies.

3D Biotek is further developing more novel products and technologies to overcome current challenges in multiple medical fields, such as orthopedic and cardiovascular fields.

We are currently seeking a candidate who is interested in conducting novel biomedical engineering research within the company. For a detailed job description, please visit the company’s website.

The job responsibility will include design and fabrication of novel biodegradable 3D scaffolds for tissue repair. This candidate will need to fabricate and characterize 3D polymer scaffolds, conducting drug loading and drug release studies using 3D scaffolds. Interested candidate should have
experience in biomaterials, polymer processing, polymer characterization, and controlled drug release. A simple computer programming skill is preferred. Knowledge of tissue engineering, stem cells, bioreactor and
