I am wondering if manufacturers are planning to shut down this month for equipment maintanance/holidays like they typically do in times past, OR, due to this economic recession, if folks plan to stay open and process/manufacture. I ask because of the economic insanity and as a recycler, if I should expect a more than quiet December/January, or a busier time. It's very difficult to predict because of our economy what companies are doing. Any info is helpful.
