Postdoc Position in Polymer Synthesis/Macromolecular Self-Assembly

A Postdoctoral Scholar position in the field of polymer synthesis and macromolecular self-assembly is available in Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry of the University of South Carolina. The project involves controlled/living radical polymerization, self-assembly of multifunctional polymers and their applications for alternative energy or catalyst. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in organic/polymer chemistry and in polymer characterization (GPC, NMR, etc.). Experience with polymer self-assembly in thin films or solution with the use of AFM is a plus.
