Preparing to be a Plastics Engineer or Bio/Biomedical Engineer in Industry out of College

I am currently a graduate student pursuing an M.S. degree, doing research with injection molding of medical polymers. I most likely would like to get a job in medical device/implants when I complete my degree, and was wondering if anyone could come up with an all-encompassing list of skills and knowledge I should have/learn in order to be marketable to those in medical companies and medical research institutions who are hiring. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Asalam alikum

Im Doing Polymer Engineering in Pakistan
I want to say that i dont like this injection moulding process
because it is a very expensive process
and alot of time and money is require for mould designing
then alot of energy is required for processing
and alot of labour is also use
Please tell me that cant we use any prototyping (like sterelithography) method for production???
it does need alot of research and analysis
but it could be effictive if possible
alot of problems can be solved Plz any body give me some advise that either this is possible or im wasting my time by thinking about this????
