Testing Labs Capable of Biaxial Orientation

Hi-
I'm trying to put together a list of players who offer biaxial orientation of polymer films using equipment like T.M. Long, AccuPull, or anIwamoto Stretcher. Any idea who can do this? Non-university labs a plus.
