Vacuum Thermoforming manufacturing:
I have been experimenting with some new methods to decrease the likelihood of webbing. The most successful method has been to put extra lift points on the base board. I am curious if anyone else has attempted this method, if there is a magical/optimal distance from part, or if there are other suggestions that you might have for me to attempt?
I appreciate your thoughts.

I am looking at better methods of achieving material distribution in yogurt cup on an FFS machine. I have been looking at cuspation dilation, Is anyone aware of other solutions or has more information on cuspation dilation that you can share?
