Seventeen schools received PlastiVan visits during the 2008-2009 year sponsored by the Detroit Section. Here is one of many "Thank You" notes from the students. "Dear SPE, Thank you for coming to our school. All of your experiments! I thought that the experiment with the skewer through the balloon without popping was the best! I hope that you can come again soon! Sincerely, Meghan"
