Shipping and Refund Policy

1. Orders usually ship within three business days
2. SPE uses "traceable carriers, such as UPS, so orders can easily be tracked
3. There is a handling fee for freight collect orders
4. Do not use P.O.Box numbers. Be sure to include a street address.
5. Please include a phone number and an email address with your order.
6. Shipping charges subject to change without notice.
7. All sales are final - please select carefully. No returns accepted.
8. Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, or charge card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Checks must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank.
9. Payment must accompany your order. No purchase orders are accepted.
10. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
11. International customs/import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Contact your local customs office for details.
