Shipping and Refund Policy

1. Orders usually ship within three business days
2. SPE uses "traceable carriers, such as UPS, so orders can easily be tracked
3. There is a handling fee for freight collect orders
4. Do not use P.O.Box numbers. Be sure to include a street address.
5. Please include a phone number and an email address with your order.
6. Shipping charges subject to change without notice.
7. All sales are final - please select carefully. No returns accepted.
8. Acceptable forms of payment include check, money order, wire transfer, or charge card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Checks must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank.
9. Payment must accompany your order. No purchase orders are accepted.
