Oto and Hashimoto of Nissan Motor, Japan developed a low friction material for chain guides in an engines with oil and heat resistance.  The material consists of 5 to 40 parts by weight of crosslinked tetrafluoroethylene polymer or copolymers and 95 to 60 parts engineering thermoplastic.  (RDC 1/11/2011)
