Silicones can be fluorinated. Fluorination may reduced some undesirable properties without changing the good properties.  For example, sicone polyethers, when combined with fluoropolymers, provide textile treatments that provide the positive attributes of fluoropolymers such as oil repellancy while improving the feel of the treated fabrics.

Fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane, a surface treatment composition comprising the same and an article treated with the composition
Yamane et al of Shin-Etsu Chemical, Japan has developed a silicone coating with water and oil repellency, chemical resistance, lubricity, releasing  and antifouling properties.  It is a silicone copolymer containing perfluoropolyether groups such as a dimer to pentamer of hexafluoropropylene oxide with a hydrolysable group for bonding.  (RDC 11/19/2010)

Enzymatic synthesis of silicone fluorinated aliphatic polyesteramides
(6161-6167) Polymer 51 #26 (2010)
Palsule and  Poojari of the University of Cincinnati and Ohio State University, Ohio synthesized silicone fluorinated aliphatic polyesteramides (SFAPEAs) by incorporating both the fluorinated aliphatic segments and the dimethylsiloxane segments into the same linear chain backbone.  Immobilized lipase B from Candida antarctica (Novozym-435) was used to catalyze the reactions to prepare fluorosilicones containing both amide and ester linkages. We envisage that these new fluorosilicones have potential for a variety of low surface energy applications.  (RDC 1/27/2011)

Formation of honeycomb-patterned microporous films based on a fluorinated poly(siloxane imide) segmented copolymer
( 3329–3337)
Journal of Applied Polymer  Science 119 #6 (2010)
Jiang  et al of Jiangnan University, China used water-droplet templating to form honeycomb-patterned microporous films from soluble fluorinated poly(siloxane imide) segmented copolymers.  The results show that the film fabricated from the copolymer solution with chloroform as the solvent at a humidity of 90% and a concentration of 0.5 g/L had the most regular honeycomb-patterned micropores.  The pore shape and size by could be tailored by changing the copolymer concentration or the atmospheric humidity. The prepared regular honeycomb-patterned microporous PSI films have potential applications in cell culture and tissue engineering.  (RDC 12/9/2010)
