Mixing and pulverizing device, melting method for mixing, and method of molding cellulose material impregnated with binder
Morimoto of M & F Technology, Japan developed a crushing and mixing device with motor driven blades on a rotary shaft to mix and crush materials. A spiral vane is equipped to supply the materials. Moisture is removed by the heat generated by shearing, friction and compression enabling addition of a molten binder. (RDC 9/10/2011)
