Press apparatus
Okazaki. Hideki and Ryoji of Kitagawa Seiki, Japan have developed a press for both hot and cold pressing for laminating and molding a resin and copper foil. The cold pressing can be performed after the hot pressing by inserting the cooling plates between the heating plates such that the product is cold-pressed between the cooling plates to which pressing pressure is applied via the heating plates.
