Tong and Wang of The University of Hong Kong, China  used a factorial design to show that the solution concentration had the greatest effect on fiber diameter while both rotational speed of the fiber-collecting cylinder and addition of a conductivity-enhancing salt could significantly affect the degree of fiber alignment.  (RDC 2/16/2011)
