Methods of making a mixture for a PTFE membrane with inorganic materials, and compositions related thereto

Thottupurathu of General Electric, New York has an PTFE membrane by extruding a mixture of PTFE resin, 15 to 25 wt% lubricant and 10 wt% porous inorganic fillers less than 100 nm formed into a billet.  This is, then, extruded, calendered and biaxially oriented.  (RDC 1/11/2011)
