What is the technical and environmental interest in reusing a recycled polypropylene–hemp fibre composite?

Bourmaud, Le Duigou and Baley of the Université de Bretagne Sud, France, studied a recycled PP/hemp fibre after several injection cycles. Our results highlighted the environmental interest of using a recycled matrix to prepare composites reinforced with vegetal fibres and the interesting properties of this material after recycling.  (RDC 9/7/2011)
