About Interactive
Training:
By combining digital video from actual production
environments, strategically placed on-screen
titling, and professional narration with accurate
3D animations - our training programs are guaranteed
to captivate all employees. Our interactive
training courses teach technical concepts in
plain English - making them easy to comprehend.
Delivery
Software:
All of the interactive training products come
with CourseWorks - the advanced delivery, tracking
and monitoring software. Pretests and posttest
can be administered to assess an employee’s
knowledge level before and after taking a course.
Passing scores are assigned to ensure that the
participants have retained the information before
taking another course. Detailed results and
an overall summary are available for outputting
and review. All of our tracking software is
ISO & QS 9000 compliant. Interactive training
is extremely flexible since the courses can
be customized, allowing the facilitator to insert
text, digital pictures, audio, and questions.
Sections of the courses that may not agree with
your plant’s mode of operations can be
easily turned off. If you already have an existing
CourseWorks-based system manager training -
our training courses can be easily loaded and
integrated onto your current system. Networking
is also available.
