Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations are subject to
a $100 processing fee. Written
cancellations must be received
at SPE Headquarters prior to the
start of the seminar.
- Refunds will not be granted
five (5) days prior to a seminar.
- Substitutes may be sent in place
of the registrant with prior notification
to SPE.
- SPE reserves the right to cancel
a seminar or to substitute instructors.
If SPE should cancel, the Society
will contact the attendee as soon
as possible prior to the scheduled
seminar. The purchase of a refundable
airline ticket is recommended.
SPE is not responsible for penalty
fees or any costs incurred by
the attendee due to the cancellation
of the seminar.
