Purpose
& Overview
The purpose of the seminar is to provide attendees
with a detailed understanding of the philosophy
and tools used in Six Sigma so that they can understand
how to use it to their advantage in the workplace.
The seminar covers the major steps associated
with Six Sigma – Define, Measure, Analyze,
Improve and Control (DMAIC). It discusses the
approach, explains the tools, and demonstrates
the application of those tools. The ultimate goal
is for attendees to realize how, and if, Six Sigma
can economically be applied in their workplace.
Who
should attend?
Managers and engineers who are responsible for
the success and reliability of a product.
This seminar is geared to participants familiar
with some quality processes.
