Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Written cancellations must be received at SPE Headquarters prior to the start of the seminar.
  • Refunds will not be granted five (5) days prior to a seminar.
  • Substitutes may be sent in place of the registrant with prior notification to SPE.
  • SPE reserves the right to cancel a seminar or to substitute instructors. If SPE should cancel, the Society will contact the attendee as soon as possible prior to the scheduled seminar. The purchase of a refundable airline ticket is recommended. SPE is not responsible for penalty fees or any costs incurred by the attendee due to the cancellation of the seminar.

SPE Seminar Instructors are experts in their field, drawn from both industry and academia and bring many years of practical and theoretical experience to the SPE Seminar Program.

Expertise Levels

Level I: Assumes the attendee has little or no knowledge of the areas covered.

Level II: Ideal for the attendee with a general knowledge of the subject and professional practice within the areas covered.

Level III: Developed for the participant who has a thorough knowledge of the subject and professional practice of the content covered.
