COSTS
The
In-Plant Seminar fees are structured and
priced according to the number of days the
seminar is presented. The price list explains
fees and areas of responsibility. The one-day
prices break down to the equivalent of training
11 employees while the two-day and three-day
prices break down to the equivalent of training
10 employees at our standard seminar rates,
exclusive of their travel costs (also
the amount of time the employee is away
from the plant), which at today's prices
could run into several thousand dollars
in additional expenses.
One-Day Presentation:
$6,000.00*
Includes cost of presentation for up
to 15 attendees, instructor's honorarium
fee, course manuals and shipping of manuals
and certificates of completion for attendees.
However, this does not include the instructor's
transportation expenses (airfare, transportation
to and from either airport), hotel accommodations,
meals, audio visual equipment, textbooks
(if any), refreshments and miscellaneous
expenses.
Two-Day Presentation
: $7,500.00*
Includes cost of presentation for up
to 15 attendees, instructor's honorarium
fee, course manuals and shipping of manuals
and certificates of completion for attendees.
However, this does not include the instructor's
transportation expenses (airfare, transportation
to and from either airport), hotel accommodations,
meals, audio visual equipment, textbooks
(if any), refreshments and miscellaneous
expenses.
Three-Day Presentation:
$9,500.00
Includes cost of presentation for up
to 15 attendees, instructor's honorarium
fee, course manuals and shipping of course
manuals and certificates of completion for
attendees. However, this does not include
the instructor's transportation expenses
(airfare, transportation to and from either
airport), hotel accommodations, meals, audio
visual equipment, textbooks (if any), refreshments
and miscellaneous expenses.
* Additional
attendees over 15 at $100.00 per person
Extensive modification of the seminar
can incur additional charges
Areas
of Responsibility:
SPE staff schedules with the client
and the speaker, provides a letter of confirmation
with speaker audio visual requirements,
arranges overnight accommodations for the
speaker, supplies all course materials and
seminar evaluation forms and textbooks (if
any), and invoices client after the in-plant
is presented and provides attendees with
certificates of completion. The client provides
a signed confirmation, a suitable meeting
room, audio-visual requirements, lunch and
refreshment breaks (if desired), and information
on local hotel and directions to and from
the airport, to hotel and the plant.
Discounts
apply if two seminars are presented consecutively
These prices apply to in-plant programs
presented in the continental U.S. only.
Shipping Charges for manuals &
course materials outside of the continental
U.S. are the responsibility of the client.
