Mr. Sansone has over 30 years experience in designing dies for a wide variety of end products. He taught a course on extrusion of plastics for New York University for 11 years and has written analysis software for die design used by his consulting firm, Sussex Plastics Engineering, Inc. His degrees include a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering. He has been a senior member of the Society of Plastics Engineers since 1960 and is also a member of the Society of Rheology. He is a staff consultant for the Polymer Processing Institute and is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in the State of New Jersey.
