Establishing a Cancellation Policy

SPE recommends chapters have a current cancellation policy for their events.

Below is a suggested template:

Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted through February 27, 20XX less a $100 processing fee. Registration may be transferred to an alternate person if requested. No changes to or transfers of registration after March 1. No refunds granted after February 27.
In this example, February 27, 2020 is 30 days before the event’s start date.
