All attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, partners, SPE staff, and volunteers at ANTEC® and its events, or any SPE event that is virtual or live, are required to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. Event organizers will enforce this Code throughout the SPE events.
Our aim in hosting an SPE event is to build a stronger community. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels welcome to participate, speak up, ask questions, and engage in conversation. This requires a harassment-free and inclusive environment that recognizes the inherent worth of every participant. We invite all those who participate in an SPE event to help us create a safe and positive experience for everyone.
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), marital status, nationality, political affiliation, ability status, educational background, or any other characteristic protected by law. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Harassment includes but is not limited to inappropriate or intimidating behavior and language, unwelcome jokes or comments, unwanted touching or attention, offensive images, photography without permission, and stalking. Disruptive or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Sexual language and imagery are inappropriate during any event/conference, including talks, workshops, parties, and social media such as Twitter, or other online media.
Following a Code of Conduct allows SPE to create the best experience possible for all attendees.
