Refreshing the Data on the Event Mobile App

Back to Event App Instructions

The app refreshes data on set intervals, but to make sure the information is the latest, a user can force a refresh on the app.

Step 1

From any screen on the app, click on the “More” menu option on the bottom right of the screen.

Step 2

On the “More” screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen until you see a “refresh” button (Android) or icon (iOS) with a “Last Updated…” date and time.

Step 3

Once at the bottom of the screen, click on the “refresh” button (Android) or icon (iOS). The “Last Updated…” should show the latest date and time now.
