Processing-structure-property relationships, Novel characterization, Process simulation, Polymer Processing, Applications to Product Development.
The Scope of the Applied Rheology Division is to provide a technical forum focused to understand and solve practical processing problems in Plastics Industry. In the area of characterization, the division will emphasize on the new capabilities and rheological methods to investigate underlying physics at different length and time scales. The technical objectives are to provide a forum for high quality technical exchanges in following areas: experimental methods for rheological characterization, effective models to simulate process and fundamental rheological parameters which connects structure-process-property relationships.
