EDUCATION FUND GOLF OUTING

The Connecticut Section of SPE's 2019 Education Fund Golf Outing will be held at Tunxis Country Club on Tuesday May 21st.

You and your organization are invited to participate in this great event to promote local education in the plastics industry. Historically this event has brought together a diverse cross section of participants from the plastics industry ranging from materials suppliers, processers, compounders, characterization equipment suppliers, tool designers and fabricators, and other key plastics professionals. Whether you’ve been participating in this event for years or you are looking for a new way to connect with professionals in the plastics industry, we would be delighted to have you at this year’s golf event.

There are several ways you can participate in this year’s event:

• Become a hole sponsor and proudly display your company logo to our participants in the plastics profession for only $150.
• Participate in our outing. Admission is $150 per player, and students get a discounted rate of $50.

If you can’t come for the golf, come out for dinner, networking and the chance to win some great raffle prizes. The proceeds from this event will be used to promote plastics education to the next generation of professionals. Also, we are always looking to expand our participant base so please extend this invitation to anyone you feel would be interested in this exciting event. If you plan on golfing, please arrive at Tunxis Country Club by 9:30 to check in, grab some refreshments and network before we head out to golf. The scramble will start at 10 AM sharp. A BBQ lunch will be served on the course, and we will finish the day with a dinner reception around 3:00pm which includes dinner, an awards presentation, and the Education Fund Raffle..

There will be prizes for Best Team Score, Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.
