DANBURY, CT—March 2, 2020: SPE has recently been announced as an Official Association Partner for the North East Petrochemical Exhibition & Conference 2020, taking place June 29-30 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA.

The event is projected to attract 1,000+ executives from all major petrochemical and chemical producers, leading EPCs and contractors, technology and solution providers, as well as local governments, authorities and organizations with the goal of identifying growth opportunities and to share business-critical insight on future market trends in the petrochemical industry.

“Not only does this event provide multiple opportunities for SPE’s membership to connect with a wide range of petrochemical professionals, it allows significant exposure for the Society in an industry that is growing and highly innovative,” said Patrick Farrey, SPE’s CEO.

In addition to being designated as an Official Association Partner, SPE will have the opportunity to present, offer a workshop, or participate on a panel at the event. An exclusive discount will also be available to all SPE members to attend the conference, including an opportunity to access the NortheastLink event matchmaking service app powered by Brella.

“As SPE continues to widen its scope within a range of markets, this partnership is an exciting opportunity to participate in a regional event that has tremendous industry influence and insight,” said Farrey. “And as an Association Partner, SPE can get in front of petrochemical professionals who can then benefit by gaining awareness about the membership opportunities we provide to those who are involved in the plastics industry.”
