Jorge Acevedo is the General Manager of the Instituto Argentino del Envase. Graduated in Systems, he´s been in charge of the Instituto since 1990, and he is the leading profesional in the packaging industry. Responsible for carrying out the organization of Envase Alimentek, the renowned and longstanding exhibition of the Instituto Argentino del Envase. Envase Alimentek is the industry´s premier event; it takes place every two years and presents national and international innovations and trends. Director of Revista IAE, the quarterly magazine of the Instituto Argentino del Envase, which deals with trends, technology and innovations in the packaging industry, locally and internationally as well.

Jorge Acevedos es el Gerente General del Instituto Argentino del Envase. Licenciado en Sistemas, se encuentra al frente del Instituto desde el año 1990, y es el profesional referente de la industria de los envases y embalajes. Responsable por llevar adelante la organización de Envase Alimentek, la exposición de larga trayectoria del Instituto Argentino del Envase. Envase Alimentek es el evento cumbre de la industria; tiene lugar cada dos años y presenta innovaciones y tendencias nacionales e internacionales. Director de Revista IAE, la publicación trimestral del Instituto Argentino del Envase, la cual versa sobre temáticas de tendencias, tecnología e innovaciones en la industria del packaging, a nivel local e internacional.
