Keynote: Courageous Minds Only

Courageous Minds Only
We’re operating in more uncertainty than ever, and companies are facing pressure like never before to stay relevant in existing categories and to push into new, disruptive spaces. The Garage Group was founded on the premise that in the midst of uncertainty, startups are tailor-made for searching for new ways to add value. We’ve spent the last decade leading BigCos like Nike, Kimberly-Clark, Mars, and Cargill to apply startup-inspired approaches to solve their uncertain innovation and growth challenges. Based on lessons learned and insights gathered from past projects and TGG’s Courageous Minds Only Community, Jason Hauer, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at TGG, will share how you can reimagine the business you’re in, search for ways to tap into new sources of growth, and reinvent how the work gets done, so that ultimately you’ll walk away with courage, inspiration, and ideas for building the future in an uncertain world.

About the Speaker

Jason is known for helping BigCo leaders, clients, and colleagues strike out of their comfort zone and hustle persistently to make progress. As an experienced entrepreneur, growth hacker, and F2000 Lean Growth Strategist, Jason teaches and empowers leaders to adopt a growth mindset, so they can stay relevant and grow. His relatable style has enabled many leaders to become more courageous as they learn to create new opportunities in the face of uncertainty. You won’t find him vacationing in the same spot twice, and this creative restlessness fuels his work life. He’s always thinking about how to take better care of employees and advance our vision to help more companies. And he ensures that TGG honors our own process by continually looking for new ideas and fearlessly testing them. Jason is a Lean Startup Circle and Product Camp organizer. You’ll find him frequently speaking and writing about customer development and business model innovation.
