3M Response to Covid-19: External Collaborations Fueling Innovation

Stan Rendon, Senior R&D Director, 3M

Biography: Stan began his career at 3M in 2006 when he joined 3M’s Corporate Research Laboratory (CRL) where he worked on broadening the reach of precision molding, film and microreplication technologies into key market spaces such as Drug Delivery, Occupational Health and Safety, and LED Illumination. Over the course of his 15-year career, Stan has held a range of leadership roles of increasing responsibility in CRL, Divisional R&D, Application Engineering and at 3M’s Business Group Level.

Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and master’s and PhD degrees in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Jeremy K. Dworshak, Molding Research Specialist, 3M

Biography: Jeremy K. Dworshak is a molding research specialist at 3M. His work experience has encompassed technical areas from design, processing, tooling, quality, business management, and senior leadership roles. Academically, Jeremy has engineering degrees from North Dakota State and the University of Minnesota. Jeremy lives in St. Paul with his wife and five children and enjoys canoeing, playing games, spending time outdoors and community service.
