Virtual Interview Practice Workshop

Summary

Following the resume and interview session, it is time to put those skills into action with an Interview Practice session for students and professionals in the Virtual World. The purpose of this event is to give students & professionals a real-world interviewing experience in a low-pressure environment. This event will be beneficial for job seekers preparing for the interview process and hiring managers looking for more experience conducting interviews! Interviewers will include experienced hiring managers from leading plastics companies, to give a real feel of how interviews are conducted in these changed and challenging times. The interviewer’s schedule will be divided into 10-15 min time slots (length to be determined based on the candidate / interviewer ratio) to allow multiple candidates to meet with each interviewer. After the interview sessions, there will be a quick collective feedback session, where interviewers will give their brief overview, followed by an open discussion and Q&A with the hiring managers to wrap up the event.

Interviewer Panelists: Volunteer to be a Panelist. We need industry experts from different companies to help us interview and provide feedback! All companies welcome (possibly ones that are hiring)! HR professionals, counselors from universities, recruiters.
