PATRONSHIP AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, Patron representative acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations below. Further, Patron agrees to abide by the RACE Conference cancellation policy that appears in the following Rules and Regulations:

  1. RACE Conference Show Management: Patron agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this contract. Patron further agrees to comply with Show Management’s enforcement of these rules and regulations.
  2. Fees: Fees must be paid in full prior to the opening of the RACE Conferences. Patrons who have not paid in full and in advance of the Conference will not be allowed to participate.
  3. Payment: Full payment is required.
  4. Cancellation: A Patron may cancel its participation in the RACE Conference(s). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to RACE Conference Management. No refunds or transfer of funds will be made and the Patron loses the right to use the complimentary registrations granted by this contract. Patron agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee.
  5. Agreement: Designated Patron representative acknowledges he/she has read, understands, and will comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this contract. Representative also acknowledges that he/she has the full authority to submit and sign this contract for patronship at the RACE Conference(s) on behalf of the contracting company.
