Mentor Program

SPE Mentor Program

Do you need someone to help navigate the plastics industry? Looking for a "go-to" person who can unravel the complexity of technologies that seem confusing? Are you looking to meet others in the industry? Or maybe you're a newbie and need someone to show you the ropes or provide career advice. Or maybe you simply need help solving a problem.

At SPE, we believe in the power of connections to help navigate the sometimes overwhelming field of plastics.

Our mentoring program helps you build relationships that not only build bridges but inspire growth. Included with membership, this program thoughtfully pairs mentors and mentees based on individual goals and personal preferences, creating a powerful foundation for advancing both career and personal objectives.

SPE’s mentoring program is more than just a platform; it’s about knowledge sharing, where seasoned industry veterans inspire newcomers, and where members can even take on dual roles as mentor and mentee, enriching the experience from both perspectives.

Throughout the program, SPE stands by our participants, providing dedicated support and guidance to help every mentor and mentee make the most of this experience.
