Now, as Director of New Product Development, he explores new technologies, such as cloud-computing, simulation-driven design, and artificial intelligence/machine learning – evaluating technological readiness, go-to-market strategy, and industry applicability. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.

Ethan is the Director of Marketing at Mantle, bringing extensive experience in technical marketing for design and manufacturing products. Before Mantle, he led the technical marketing team at Desktop Metal, focusing on production-scale 3D printing. Earlier in his career, Ethan worked on rapid prototyping at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, contributing to NASA’s Orion mission. He holds a Master of Engineering from Boston University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Max is the Plant Manager at Cito and represents the third generation in the company’s legacy. His journey began at a young age on the shop floor where he gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the operation—from sweeping floors and working in production to becoming a Tool Maker and later Toolroom Manager. Today, Max oversees daily operations, bringing deep, firsthand knowledge of Cito’s products and a strong expertise in PulseCooling technology..
