Flame Retardant PBT Solution With High CTI Properties

Abstract

Flame retarded PBT is widely used in electrical connectors, with halogenated polymers as an established solution for these applications. This presentation will look at novel synergists that improve CTI of these compounds to the highly desired 600V. It will also address possible recycling options showing performance of recycled compounds.
