EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR AGREEMENT

By submitting this agreement, Exhibitor/Sponsor requests and applies for a virtual booth at the ANTEC® 2021 Conference to be held starting on May 5, 2021. In submitting this application, Exhibitor/Sponsor representative acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations below. Further, Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to abide by the ANTEC® 2021 deposit and cancellation policy that appears in the following Rules and Regulations:

  1. ANTEC© 2021 Show Management: Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth in this contract. Exhibitor/Sponsor further agrees to comply with Show Management’s enforcement of these rules and regulations.
  2. Exhibition Fees: Exhibition fees must be paid in full prior to the opening of the ANTEC® 2021 Conference. Exhibitors/Sponsors who have not paid in full for their virtual booth and any sponsorship opportunities in advance of the Conference will not be allowed to participate.
  3. Payment:  Full payment is required.
  4. Cancellation: An Exhibitor/Sponsor may cancel its participation in the ANTEC 2021 Conference. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ANTEC Show Management. No refunds or transfer of funds will be made and the exhibitor loses the right to use the complimentary exhibitor/sponsor registrations granted by this contract. Exhibitor/Sponsor agrees to pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booth fee.
  5. Agreement: Designated Exhibitor/Sponsor representative acknowledges he/she has read, understands, and will comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this contract. Representative also acknowledges that he/she has the full authority to submit and sign this contract for a virtual booth at the ANTEC® 2021 Conference on behalf of the contracting company.
