Abstract

The Covid-19 Global crisis has brought to light an immediate need to accelerate successful product launches to a level our industry has never seen. Companies or market segments have struggled before but rarely has there been an entire global economy that needs alignment. We will take look at a single business partnership that can be extrapolated through a supply chain and to any relationship between people . That partnership is that of a manufacturer and their tooling supplier. We will look at common goals and motivations. We will look at simple tools that can be used to accelerate the understanding between and all parties. Get more value from the relationships. The best thing is these tools and methods come more from our Grandparents than from our seminars. Our common past teaches us how business connections in our immediate future will look and feel. 

About the Speaker

Steve Drake is a business owner who has been in the plastic injection molding industry since 1991. He began in production molding sector then into the mold building field when he purchased his current company, Master Precision Mold Technology. He has owned and operated several businesses in the industry. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is married with 3 children.
