Nominations Open for 2025 SPE Board of Directors

Are you or a colleague looking for an opportunity to guide our Society, support our members, and collaborate with professionals in the plastics industry?

Members of our Board of Directors provide leadership for the Society and work together to serve the interests of our members and stakeholders. Board members often describe their volunteer leadership experience as having provided a significant and positive impact on their individual career growth. Board members can expect exposure to and interaction with many of the plastics industry’s most talented leaders, collectively working together to address current and future needs within the industry.

Terms begin January 1, 2025. Elections will be held in October 2024 for the following positions:

All declarations of intent must be received by August 13, 2024, to allow the Nominating Committee time to appropriately review all potential candidates. This includes a brief bio, a candidate statement, and a two-minute video introducing themselves.

Once a nomination is received, SPE HQ will confirm the nominee meets eligibility requirements, and the nominee’s willingness to serve, and inform them of what additional information needs to be submitted to SPE's Nominating Committee.

Voting will be conducted electronically beginning in October 2024.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact Sue Wojnicki.
