Student Posters


Student Poster submissions require only an Abstract submission (and not a full paper).

Submission Schedule

Intent to Submit a Virtual Poster/Abstract Deadline March 14, 2021
Acceptance Notification March 28, 2021
Final Poster Submission Deadline April 20, 2021

The Virtual Student Poster session will take place Friday, May 7, 2021. 

New for 2021! 

All Students must have their Project Advisor submit a “Project Advisors Consent” form. Students must also submit their “Student Poster Intent to Submit” form.

To submit, please follow these important steps:

Email your Project Advisor to fill out and submit the Project Advisor Consent form below.

STEP 2
Fill out and submit the "Student Poster Intent to Submit" form.


Your Project Advisor will be contacted to ensure your involvement.  It is the responsibility of the Project Advisor and the Student to make sure that high quality technical work is presented in the poster.

The online submission system includes the collection of your poster file and your recording.

Note: If Students want their ANTEC presentation to be considered published, they have the option of submitting it in a poster format. If you wish to submit a poster to publish, you MUST use the template below. When you submit, make sure the poster is in pdf format.
