Dr. Sarah Skidmore, DSL, MA (she/her/hers) is a Leadership Doctor and experienced Strategic Consultant. She is a specialized provider of people programs, leader development, strategic foresight, change management, diversity & inclusion consulting to the ISO Standard, and strategy & innovation services. Dr. Skidmore holds experience working with leaders worldwide from Canada to Mexico to Germany to the Philippines, including corporate and Fortune 500 organizations. Whether working with executives, middle managers, employee resource group (ERG) leaders, or emerging professionals – Dr. Skidmore believes that leadership is an adventure.

Dr. Sarah holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Master of Arts in Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & International Business. In 2022, she earned the training evaluation designation of Kirkpatrick Certified Professional - Bronze Level; and in 2021, Dr. Sarah graduated from the exclusive Digital Excellence Program with Google and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Dr. Sarah is a 2020 Emerging Fellow with the Association of Professional Futurists and a published author, having released her proprietary leader development curriculum, Stronger People Leaders, in 2020. She holds advanced credentials in strategic foresight and DEI in the Workplace, and is a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Professional (DIP) based on the ISO-30415 Standard for Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging (D&I).
